Dr. Jack Tan
DMD
Dr. Sung Hwang
DMD
Dr. Jack Tan received his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree in 2012 from the University of Montreal, where he was born. He also earned a General Practice Residency Certificate from the Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, New York, USA and has worked in several First Nations Reservations in the Northwest Territories. He is fluent in English, French and Chinese (Mandarin).
Dr. Tan believes in offering his patients the highest quality of dental care. In his spare time he enjoys travelling and playing Badminton.
Dr. Sung Hwang grew up in the Eastern Townships of Quebec. He speaks fluent English, French and Korean. Dr. Hwang obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2012 from the University of Montreal. He did two summer internships at the Mental Health Institute of Montreal where he developed skills to treat anxious patients. He then moved to Fort McMurray and has practiced since then at Signal Road Dental Centre. He continues to update his dental knowledge by regularly attendeing conferences and courses national and internationaly.
Dr. Hwang is a member of the Alberta Dental Association and the Canadian Dental Association. In his spare time, Dr. Hwang enjoys hiking.

Dr. Ji Won Choi
DMD
Dr. Ji Won Choi was born and grew up in South Korea. After completing the Master
of Science degree at McGill University, she obtained the Doctor of Dental Medicine
degree from University of British Columbia in 2013. After practicing for 4 years in
BC, she relocated and started a family in Fort McMurray.
As a general dentist, Dr. Choi provides patients with pediatric dentistry, restorative
dentistry and esthetic dentistry including clear orthodontics, crowns, bridges, and
veneers with an option of nitrous and/or oral sedation. She also provides partial and
complete dentures and administers injectables to help resolve TMJ disorder.
